Film director Rudi Soedjarwo is preparing a new movie about an Indonesian student in Australia who attracted public attention through his blog. The movie is based on the life of Raditya Dika, an Indonesian student in Australia who started the blog Kambing Jantan (male goat)--http://radityadika.com/.

The content of the blog has also been published as a book. Rudi said in order to present more spontaneous characters, newcomers had been selected to play most of the roles in the film. Blogger Raditya Dika will play himself in the film.

"We decided to choose from those who looked like university students and not those who have acted in movies before," said Rudi. Shooting will take place in Australia and is expected to start on Oct. 15, 2008.
